The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a mention requesting the return of the original I.A.Sr.No.5820 of 2024 in L.A.A.No.02 of 2002 to enable the same to be represented before the Special Sub Court (LAOP Cases), Vellore. The order dated 15.10.2025 is modified to include the following sentence at the end of paragraph 5. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

" The Registry is directed to return the original I.A.Sr.No.5820 of 2024 in L.A.A.No.02 of 2002 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruppur to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of uploading of this order".
