This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the payments relating to Social Welfare Scheme amount, ERBS and the 11 days salary amount w.e.f. 01.11.2015 based on the representation given by the petitioner on 29.11.2022. 2.Heard Mr.N.Desinghu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Venkatesaperumal, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner was working as a Conductor and he gave his voluntary retirement on 31.10.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that after his retirement, his terminal benefits were paid except the Social Welfare Scheme amount, ERBS and last month 11 days salary and hence, the petitioner made a representation on 29.11.2022 to the respondents to pay these pending amount. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.

4.Taking into consideration the limited relief sought in the present writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction

to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.11.2022 and deal with the same in accordance with law and take a decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
