ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court at Jayankondam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2021 within a stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2021 has been filed for permanent injunction by the first 1/4

respondent. The petitioner/third defendant is a senior citizen and hence, he seeks early disposal.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner/third defendant and the first respondent/plaintiff are senior citizens, and the suit is pending from the year 2021, the trial court is directed to try and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Jayankondam within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.12.2023 nl Index : Yes/No 2/4
