Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the third respondent and other counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to dispose of the representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
