This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 1/11/2022 and also to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if any new cause of action arises. No costs.
