There is no dispute as the shares are admitted. Parties wants to go for mediation.

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to post this matter before Tamilnadu Conciliation and Mediation Centre attached to this Court on 26.02.2024.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 26.02.2024.
