Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the complaint registered in Crime No.194 of 2017 by the Hasthampatty Police Station, Salem and all other complaints preferred against the company "Hermoine Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd" or Hermoine Securities Private Limited" by the investors received by any other police stations under the Jurisdiction of the respondents also be transferred to the Central Crime Branch (CCB) to be treated as 161 statement in Crime No.6 of 2016 pending already. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to transfer the complaint registered in Crime No.194 of 2017 by the Hasthampatty Police Station, Salem and all other complaints preferred against the company "Hermoine Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd" or Hermoine Securities Private Limited" to the Central Crime Branch (CCB).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, if any complaint in respect of investors with regard to company "Hermoine Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd" or Hermoine Securities Private Limited" is received, the same is directed to be forwarded to the file of the Central Crime Branch, Salem in Crime No.6 of 2016.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
