This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Krishnagiri on the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16495 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from today, to surrender before the concerned Magistrate and to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
