This application has been filed to permit the Power of Attorney holder to represent, sign and verify affidavits and pleading in the suit and to defend the suit.

2. This application has been filed by the power of attorney of the defendant, who is non other than the wife of the defendant. The suit itself has been filed for partition of the suit property. It is also stated that the defendant is not in India and he has signed all the documents.

3. Considering the avements made in the affidavit filed along with the application, this application is Ordered. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
