When this revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2017 is pending since 2017, the learned Principal District Munsif, Namakkal, is directed to take up the suit for trial and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
