ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.26895 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023. 2.During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Professor vide G.O.Ms.No.185, Law(LS) Department dated 13.06.2025 and he was posted as Assistant Professor in the Government Law College, Ramanathapuram vide proceedings dated 16.06.2025 of the Director of Legal Studies.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.

4.On perusal of the said proceedings, it appears that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Professor and posted at Government Law College, Ramanathapuram. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the same. 6.In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt petition.

7.Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed.
