O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking directions to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners during the course of enquiry. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that case has been registered in Cr.No.273 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 316 (2) and 318(4) of BNSS and the petitioners were arrayed as A1 and A2.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioners and hence this Court is not inclined to grant any relief sought for by the petitioners. Further the petitioners are directed to extend their co-operation to complete the investigation.
