.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2017 within the time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.
For petitioner :

O R D E R
The prayer in the petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2017 within the time prescribed by this Court.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he is being continuously implicated falsely in various complaints and therefore he had given a representation to the first respondent on 17.06.2017 for further action. I am of the view that such a complaint can be addressed to the second respondent instead of first respondent.
3. Consequently, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
