This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the property stands in the name of Sarasulakshmi alleged to have been sold to the defacto complainant by the 3rd petitioner showing his wife Krishnaveni as the owner. The 1st and 2nd petitioners herein are the parents of the 3rd petitioner's wife. They were called for enquiry and they have participated in the enquiry. 3.
