Perused the affidavit filed along with the application to receive the documents 1 to 6.

2. On perusal of the affidavit, it appears that the additional documents proposed to be marked came to the knowledge of the applicant only after filing the suit and in the course of examination of witnesses.

3. In the light of the above contention, the documents are being relevant to co-relate with the issues to be decided, the application to receive the additional documents is allowed.

4. The Master is directed to receive the documents subject to proof and admissibility. Post the matter before the Master on 10.12.2019.

5. After completion of recording the evidence, post the matter before the Court on 04.02.2020.
