This petition has been filed with a prayer to accept the cause title in the Memorandum of the Civil Revision Petition. 2.In the main C.R.P., the Lok Adalat, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Subordinate Court, Dharapuram, has been arrayed as third respondent and in order to accept the said cause title, the present petition has been filed.

3.After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants to give up the said Lok Adalat as one of the party respondent and has made an endorsement in the Court bundle. 4.Recording the same, since the Lok Adalat has not been arrayed as a party, the question of accepting the cause title does not arise. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Hence, the Registry is directed to number the CRP, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission immediately.
