This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23474 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
