This petition has been filed to relax the condition which was passed by this Court on 03.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17511 of 2023 every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30a.m., until completion of trial proceedings and the petitioner shall also appear before the trial Court for every hearing.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner had been arrested on the basis of yet another F.I.R registered against her. The relaxation application pertains to the same respondent Police. Hence, relaxation in the present case does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this petition shall stand dismissed.
