ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.N.Nithianandam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3; Mr.K.Goviganesan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent and Mr.P.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, has placed a status report. It is stated in the status report that the encroachment in Ruthravathi Town Panchayat, pathway of Kundadam Village, S.F.Nos.1268, 1269, 1270, 928, 930 and 937 of Dharapuram Taluk, Tirupur District, has been removed and the pathway is used by the public at present.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
