ORDER
The Revision Petitioner herein is the plaintiff and he filed a suit in O.S.No.193 of 2021 seeking for the relief of declaration. Now, he preferred this Civil Revision Petition seeking for speedy disposal.
2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a 1/3
direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. Records perused. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that in the suit, the defendants have also appeared and filed their written statement and now the case is riped for trial and the fact that the defendants 1 to 3 are aged about more than 65 years old senior citizens and the suit is pending from the year of 2021, but so far there is no progress in the trial, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since because most of the parties are senior citizens. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
