This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.23237 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, every working day at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 45 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23237 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
