(a)directing the 1st to 3rd defendants to immediately pay the total outstanding amount of Rs.6,92,50,000/- (Rupees Six Crores Ninety Two Lakhs Fifty Thousands only) along with future interest @ 2.85% per month on the principal amount of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores only) from the date of plaint to till date of realisation; b)directing the 1st to 3rd defendants to pay the costs of the suit. JUDGMENT

Both the parties have filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 11.01.2024. The Memorandum of Compromise has been signed by both the parties as well as the respective counsels. The parties are also present in the Open Court today.

2.Since the Memorandum of Compromise has been entered into between the parties, the learned counsel for the plaintiff has made an endorsement seeking for withdrawal of the suit as the same has been settled out of Court. The said endorsement is recorded. 3.The suit is therefore dismissed as settled out of Court and refund of full court fees is ordered to the plaintiff. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the interim injunction granted by this Court earlier shall stand vacated. Consequently connected applications are closed.
