ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e on 30.11.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the though in the impugned order dated 24.05.2017, it has been mentioned that the petitioner -Institution as a non-minority institution, for all the other purposes, the petitioner - institution is considered as a minority institution. He would further submit that even the order passed in the seat matrix issue in the subsequent years, the petitioner - institution is considered as a minority institution. Therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
