PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give proper treatment and nourishment to Mr.Appu @ Vikramadithyan presently lodged in the Sub-Jail at Poonamalee.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give proper treatment and nourishment to Mr.Appu @ Vikramadithyan presently lodged in

the Sub-Jail at Poonamallee.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's brother suffered injuries at the time of his arrest. He has to be given proper treatment.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's brother Appu @ Vikramadithyan suffered fracture in his left leg. Based on the medical report, necessary treatment would be given to the petitioner including surgical treatment if necessary. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) this petition is disposed of with a direction to give suitable and necessary treatment to the petitioner's brother Appu @ Vikramadithyan.
