This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of eight weeks in Crl.O.P.No.24201 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every month i.e., on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
