This Petition has been filed to relax the condition (i.e.) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24556 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 29 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24556 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 in 6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required.
