This petition is filed to condone the delay of 71 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, today, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. Respondent called absent.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 71 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is ordered.
