The Petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 26742 of 2023 and by that order, direction was issued that both A-1 and A-2 should jointly deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- to the credit of Cime No. 11 of 2023 and on such deposit, the said amount may be transferred to fixed deposit by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode. Thereafter, it had been stated as follows:- "If the first petitioner is acquitted then the amount with interest will be handed over back to the first petitioner. If the first petitioner is convicted then the amount with interest may be handed over to the defacto complainant".

2. The aforementioned portion alone is deleted and the following may be substituted "if either one of the two petitioners are convicted https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after making necessary correction to the parties.
