This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(a) by this Court while granting bail in Crl.OP.No.22161 of 2024 vide order dated 20.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 46 days and investigation is completed in this matter. He further submitted that final report has been filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22161 of 2024 on 20.09.2024 in para 6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam, on all the working days at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Judge concerned.
