Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the container bearing Nos. DRYU9694733,DRYU9141147, DRYU9162480 and DRYU9162936 imported vide Bill of Entry No.8429517 dated 23.10.2023 that were already assessed under Sec.17 of the Customs Act,1962.
