A Nos.6165, 6166 and 6168 of 2024 in T.O.S No.21 of 1997 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, i) to condone the delay of 1876 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant, M.Elumalai who died on 20.04.2019, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant and iii) to bring on record the respondents 15 to 20 who are the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd defendant M.Elumalai in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
