3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about more than 78 years. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal.

4. As per the E-Court status, the case is pending from the year 2021. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
