Petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of his representations dated 06.02.2017 and 13.02.2017 and to lay the road without affecting the Bore Well situated at Tiruppur - Dharapuram Highways Road, Kovilpalayam, Village.
