O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings dated 30.06.2018 in Na.Ka.A5/3744/2018. 2.

The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the 3rd respondent, suspending the petitioner and not permitting the petitioner to retire from her service. The

petitioner challenged the said order by filing WP No.20714 of 2018. This Court dismissed the said writ petition and directed the respondent to proceed further with the Disciplinary proceedings by conducting an enquiry and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.

The grievance of the petitioner is that this order was passed in the month of March 2019 and till date, the respondent has not passed any orders and therefore, the petitioner is forced to approach this Court again. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court deems it fit to fix a time limit for the 3rd respondent to pass final orders in the Disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner. This Court had already directed the 3rd respondent to proceed further with the Disciplinary proceedings and conclude the same, as expeditiously as possible.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to comply with the earlier orders passed by this Court in WP No.20714 of 2018 and pass final orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
