The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.1723 of 2023, registered under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(d) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is stated that the petitioner is running a SPA in the name of "Unique SPA". It is stated that it is used as a facility for prostitution and as a brothel. It is stated that four women had been rescued.
