This petition is filed to implead Mr.Vidhya Sagar Naidu, Son of Raaamy Naidu, residing at Venkatapuram Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District as the 3rd respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. Since the above implead petition has been made on the directions of this Court, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

4. Meanwhile, notice shall be issued to the 3rd respondent now impleaded, returnable by 18.12.2024.
