This application has been filed seeking to issue Subpoena to Annapoorneshwari Badri residing in Chitrakutam, Puthur Road, Plaghat 678 005 to give evidence in the above Original Petition.

2. Heard both sides. The respondent has no serious objection in ordering this application.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, this application is ordered, accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to post this Original Petition before the Master for recording evidence on 05.12.2023.

The evidence shall be recorded within one week and after recording evidence, post before this Court.
