COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1601 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, Bhoopathi, in S.A. No. 1161 of 2011, and to set aside the said abatement.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the delay in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, Bhoopathi, in S.A. No. 1161 of 2011 is condoned and the abatement is accordingly set aside. 14-11-2025 JRS
