The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.347 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 of IPC and with Section 294(b) and 306 of I.P.C.

2. It is stated that the petitioner herein/A1 is the husband of A2. The son of the defacto complainant had physical relationship with the daughter of A1 and A2, due to which the petitioner/A1 and A2 threatened the son of the defacto complainant. Hence the deceased committed suicide by hanging.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that A2 is the wife of the present petitioner and who had been arrested and granted bail by the Lower Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate stated that A1 had been arrested but, A2 is still absconding.

5. In view of the fact that the A2 is still absconding, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
