This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in S.C.No.29/2021 dated 22.09.2022 by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
