O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection alleging that the finance company which has advanced loan for purchase of JCB trying to take possession of the vehicle forcibly for non payment of due. 2.

The representation dated 29.03.2023 given by the petitioner to the respondent police indicates that she is the borrower from the finance institution for purchase of JCB and it appears that there is default in payment of due. In this connection alleging that there is an attempt to take forceble possestion, representation been given and it is under investigation. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner after sending the representation had not cooperating with the enquiry and the current paper is pending without progress.

In the light of the above facts, the petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry initiated on her complaint and the respondent police shall act in accordance with law after ascertaining the factual position. 5.

With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
