This petition has been filed to substitute the respondents 18 to 21 and 22 to 25 herein as legal heirs of the deceased respondents 7 and 13 respectively on record in the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr.S. Parthasarathy, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.P.Vasanthakumar Visweswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered.
