ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to issue a notice of contempt to the respondents and punish the respondents for committing contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.21695 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024, thereby the respondents were directed to settle the amount as per the invoices raised by the petitioner within a time frame.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced letter dated 07.05.2025 of the first respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.21695 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 07.05.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 07.05.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
