This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21907 of 2024 on 06.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders., without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21907 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trail court hearing on the 2nd working day of December 2024, and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the learned concerned Judge.
