Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent pursuant to issuance of Charge Memorandum bearing Se.mu.Na.Ka.No.1190/2017/A1 dated 24.04.2017 in relation to the alleged acts of mis-conduct said to have been committed by the petitioner on 08.10.2014 and 18.04.2014 as well as the Order of suspension made vide proceedings bearing Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1190/2017-1/A.1 dated 28.04.2017 as well as Order dated 28.04.2017 vide Proceeding bearing Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1190/2017-2/A1 retaining the petitioner in service and to quash the above proceedings with consequential direction to the respondent to disburse all the retiral benefits.

ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also sent a letter dated 25.02.2021 to the registry to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
