This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.26780 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing

for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition for 16 days and hence objected to modify the condition.

3. Considering the said submission that the petitioner has complied the condition for 16 days and the investigation is still pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months". 11-12-2024 To
