This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.10.2024 made in Crl.OP.No.26042 of 2024 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders". 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 19 days and two previous cases, similar in nature are pending against the petitioner.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26042 of 2024 on 22.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
