This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.24897 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.24897 of 2024 on 17.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
