By order dated 04.07.2022, letters of administration were issued in favour of the petitioners on condition that the petitioners execute the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II). By this application, the applicants / petitioners seek an extension of time to execute the security bond. The second petitioner is represented by the first petitioner pursuant to order dated 27.10.2022 in A.No.4721 of 2022.

2. Upon examining the affidavit in support and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the time for executing the bond is extended until 31.01.2023.
