Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in Memo No.1073/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated
24.10.2024 against the petitioner's son Barath male aged about 22 years son of Raji vide his proceedings now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Honble Court and set him at liberty.
